Free Personal Care Inquiry, 12/05 [S]

The Scottish Parliament's Health Committee has launched an inquiry into free personal care. The inquiry is specifically looking at free personal care for the elderly, but will also be examining the Care Commission and it's inspection regime. The Committee has called for all written evidence to be submitted by 10 February 2006.  

The Committee is keen to hear from those who use free personal care and their carers.

Views are sought on how free personal care is operating, the Care Commission and direct payments.
