MInority Sport Oral Question, 29/04/15 [S]

During Portfolio Question Time on 29 April 2015 Rob Gibson (SNP) asked the Scottish Government what funding is available for minority sports.

The Minister for Sport, Health Improvement and Mental Health, Jamie Hepburn replied that Sportscotland, the national agency for sport, invests Scottish Government and national lottery funding in recognised Scottish governing bodies of sport. In addition, sportscotland invests Scottish Government and lottery funds through a range of programmes that are available to charitable trusts, youth organisations and voluntary sports clubs covering a wide range of sports and sporting activities.
