Information for Young People who are Looked After Away From Home, 04/04/14 [S]

The Scottish Government has published information on children's rights for young people looked after away from home.

The booklet is arranged around six key rights areas. These key areas are also contained within the National Care Standards, which have been set by the Scottish Government and the Care Inspectorate. The six key rights areas the standards are based on are: dignity, privacy, choice, safety, realising potential and equality and diversity.
