Scottish Government response to the inquiry on decision making on whether to take children into care, 28/11/13 [S]

The Scottish Government has responded to the Scottish Parliament Education and Culture Committee inquiry into decision making on whether to take children into care.

This response demonstrates where the Scottish Government has and is taking a leadership role by setting
a clear policy direction centred on better outcomes for children and young people. In support of that it is  encouraging all sectors to work together more effectively; holding partners to account towards ensuring that we deliver excellence to all vulnerable children in Scotland.
