Justice Committee takes evidence on Criminal Justice Bill, 08/10/13 [S]

During its meeting of 8 October 2013 the Scottish Parliament Justice Committee took Stage 1 evidence on the Criminal Justice Bill.

The Committee took evidence from Shelagh McCall; a commissioner at the Scottish Human Rights Commission, and Professor James Chalmers and Professor Fiona Leverick from the University of Glasgow.

They also heard from Tam Baillie, Scotlandís commissioner for children and young people; Rachel Stewart, policy and campaigns manager at the Scottish Association for Mental Health; Morag Driscoll, director of the Scottish Child Law Centre; and Mark Ballard, head of policy at Barnardoís Scotland.
