The reported road casualties in Great Britain (RRCGB) annual report: 2012, 26/09/13 [E/NI/S/W}

The Department for Transport has published detailed statistics about the circumstances of personal injury accidents, the resulting casualties and factors which may contribute to accidents.

A total of 61 children (aged under 15 years old) were killed in reported road traffic accidents in 2012, up slightly from 60 in 2010, but down 52 per cent from the 2005-09 average.
