Online Safety Bill, 14/05/13 [E/NI/S/W]

First reading in the House of Lords for a Bill that makes provision about the promotion of online safety, requiring internet service providers and mobile phone operators to provide a service that excludes adult content, requiring electronic device manufacturers to provide a means of filtering content, and for parents to be educated about online safety.
