Inspection of Care Arrangements and Education in Secure Accommodation St Mary's Kenmure Bishopbriggs, 13/05/04 [S]
A joint inspection by Social Work Services Inspectorate, HM Inspectorate of Education, Scottish Executive Health Department and Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care of accommodation, care and education arrangements at St Mary's Kenmure has recommended that the charity should be approved for secure accommodation.

This document sets out the National Care Standards for Childcare Agencies and describes what the users can expect from the service. National care standards have been developed by the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care for all care services and provide the framework for assessing the service as a whole.

HMIE Annual Report 2003, 27/06/03 [S]
HM Inspectorate of Education has published its annual report for 2002/03. The report states that HMIE have exceeded their inspection targets for the year. It also states that a significant feature of their work over the past year has been effective joint working with fellow inspectorates such as Audit Scotland and the Care Commission.
