Subordinate Legislation Committee considers Family Law (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1, 15/03/05 [S]
At their meeting on 15 March the Committee considered a response from the Executive on the delegated powers provisions in the Family Law (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1. The first of those was concerned with the proposed new section 3(1B) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 and the second with the short title and commencement of section 34 of the bill.

Subordinate Legislation Committee discusses delegated powers in relation to Family Law Bill, 08/03/05 [S]
At their meeting on 8 March 2005 the Subordinate Legislation Committee agreed to seek clarification from the Executive on the delegated power provisions in the Family Law (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1. These powers refer to parental responsibilities and rights for unmarried fathers and commencement and the short title.

Draft Childrens Hearings (Provision of Information) Order 2003, 16/06/03 [S]
The Draft Childrens Hearings (Provision of Information by Principal Reporter), (Prescribed Persons) Order 2003 has been issued for consultation. The draft Order deals with the definition of the third parties that could be entitled to receive information about the processing and outcome of a referral to the hearings system.
